2. Our tools – "as is" and "as available"

We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but let's be real – no software is perfect. We provide these tools "as is" without any guarantee that they'll be error-free or available 24/7. Sometimes a tool might be down for maintenance, or a PDF conversion might glitch. We're not liable for any losses caused by tool errors or downtime. You use everything at your own risk.

3. File uploads – what happens to your data

When you upload a file to one of our tools (like a PDF to compress), we process it temporarily. Files are automatically deleted within 2 hours. We don't store them, sell them, or peek at them.
